1. Core Principle: 100% Local-First & Zero Data Collection

The protection of your personal information is the highest priority for Off Season Athletics. The application was engineered following strict data minimization principles ("Privacy by Design"): All training data, body weights, game schedules, and profile details are stored exclusively on your local device (iOS LocalStorage).

Under no circumstances are personal records transmitted, stored, or analyzed on external servers. There is no tracking, no ad network integration, and zero third-party analytics SDKs.

2. Device Permissions (Camera & Photo Library)

The app requests access to select iOS system interfaces strictly to provide optional convenience features:

• Camera (NSCameraUsageDescription): Allows taking an in-app player card profile picture. Photos remain strictly local on your device.
• Photo Library (NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription & NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription): Allows selecting an existing photo for your profile or saving exported workout summaries.

At no point are photos or media files transmitted to remote servers.

3. Your Rights (GDPR / DSGVO)

You retain 100% control over all your personal data at all times:

• Permanent Data Deletion: Clicking the "Reset Data" button inside the Profile tab instantly and irrevocably wipes all stored data from your device.
• App Deinstallation: Deleting the app from your iPhone automatically removes all local data without any residual traces.
